plant with capacity from 40TPH to 320TPH for whole world.
MIXING TOWER
High efficiency vibrating screen
Improved vibration and amplitude to optimize impact on the
available screen;
Wear-resistant charging system with uniform distribution of the
particle mix;
Wide open doors for easy access and screen meshes are simple to
replace, so the down time is reduced;
The best combination of vibrating direction & screen box dip angle,
ensure ratio and screening efficiency.
Accurate weighing
Adopting METTLER TOLEDO weighing sensor makes sure accurate
weighing, in order to make sure the asphalt mixture quality.
Reliable cylinder and magnetic valve
Adopting FESTO / AIRTAC cylinder and magnetic valve helps working
reliably and extending service time and reduce failure ratio.
Excellent mixing quality and efficiency
Mixer and designed with long arms, shortened shaft diameter and a
bi-directional mixing blades array;
The mixer discharging process has been completely redesigned, the
discharge time is minimal now;
The distance between blades and bottom of the mixer is also
restrained to the optimal minimum.
VIBRATING SCREEN
-High wear resistance screen (65Mn) with longer working life and
lower maintenance cost. The size can be designed according to
customers’ requirements.
-Draw and push type of screens are easy and convenient to maintain.
-Types of vibrating screen can be supplied: Single-shaft vibration
screen, Double-shaft vibration screen and Vibration motor type
vibrating screen.
-Rated capacity of our vibrating screen: 40-160T/H with 4 layers,
240T/H with 5 layers, 320T/H with 5 or 6 layers, and other
customized specifications.
MIXER
Mixer is designed with 3D mixing design, with long arms, shortened
shaft diameter and a bi-directional mixing blades array.
The distance between blades and bottom of mixer is also restrained
to the optimal minimum.
Bitumen is sprayed from multi-points evenly over aggregate by a
pressurized pump to achieve full coverage and high mixing
efficiency.
The mixer discharging process has been completely designed, the
discharge time is minimal now.
Large sliding gate at the bottom allows speedy discharge of hot
mixture from the mixer.
